Terms of Service

Hermes Assistant · Last updated: 4 October 2026

1. Scope

Hermes Assistant ("the Application") is a private, single-user automation tool. It is operated exclusively by its owner ("the Operator") on the Operator's own systems. It is not offered, licensed, or made available to the public or to any third party, and no third party may use it.

2. Acceptance

The Application is used solely by the Operator. By operating it, the Operator accepts these terms.

3. Permitted use

The Application may be used only to access data belonging to the Operator, and only to generate and deliver the Operator's own scheduled reports and notifications.

4. No warranty

The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Operator assumes all risk arising from its use.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Application. Since the Application has a single user who is also its operator, no third-party liability can arise.

6. Third-party services

The Application interoperates with Google APIs. Use of those services is subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

7. Termination

The Operator may cease use of the Application, and revoke its access to any connected service, at any time.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time; the revision date above will reflect the most recent change.
